Zante (Zakynthos), the third largest of the seven Ionian Islands, is located opposite the coast of Ilia prefecture in Peloponnese and south of Kefallonia Island.
The shape of Zante resembles a triangle, its extent is 409 sq kilometers and its population is estimated at 12,000 Zakynthian inhabitants. Zante is an island of hospitality, sunshine, many beautiful beaches and significant culture.
